Physical Education
Enriched Curriculum
- The curriculum for P.1-P.3 focuses on activities, with simple sports as means. It is to enhance students’ physical, adaptive and coordinative abilities. The curriculum for P.4-P.6 is based on the Learning Outcome Framework issued by the Education Bureau. In units, we teach different sports (ball games, athletics, swimming etc) in order to enhance students’ sports skills, enrich their sports knowledge and cultivate their positive value and attitude.
Extended Activities
- To enhance students’ aggressiveness and allow them to learn from peers, we run simplified games after the completion of each unit. These games are run in groups in their different levels. All students, regardless of their standard in sports, are to compete against one another.
More Lessons
- To ensure that the growing boys are having sufficient amount of physical training and to enrich the teaching content, we offer four lessons per week to P.1-P.3 students, and three lessons to P.4-P.6 students. That also enriches the teaching content.
Teaching Collaboration
- To enhance teaching quality and to cater for learning diversity, two teachers are to co-teach in the double lessons for swimming per week for students of all levels.
