YWPS has 110 staff members, including 3 Native English-speaking Teachers, 1 Creative & Publishing Director, 1 Finance Manager and 1 Administrative Manager, 1 Campus Manager and 1 Campus Repairer. 100% of our teachers hold a bachelor's degree or above, 35% a master's or above, and 4.5% hold a doctorate. All our teachers have received professional teachers' training.
